Further Expansion for Accor in Mexico with Signing of The Paragon Hotel, Mexico City Santa Fe

Accor, a world-leading hospitality group consisting of 5,300 properties and 10,000 food and beverage venues throughout 110 countries, has announced a signing with Grupo Paragon for Accor to operate The Paragon Hotel, Mexico City Santa Fe, by Accor, effective immediately. Formerly known as The Presidente InterContinental Santa Fe Mexico, the hotel will undergo a substantial multi-year renovation before making its official debut under one of Accor’s globally renowned luxury brands in 2025. In the interim, The Paragon Hotel, Mexico City Santa Fe, by Accor is open and accepting reservations at all.accor.com, welcoming guests and members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless to take full advantage of the hotel’s convenient location, upscale amenities, spacious rooms and unparalleled views.

The Paragon Hotel, Mexico City Santa Fe, by Accor marks the Group’s ninth property in the Mexico City market, joining recent additions to the portfolio: Sofitel Mexico City Reforma, which opened its doors to international acclaim in late 2019; Novotel Mexico City Toreo, which debuted in August 2021; and the newly opened Novotel Mexico City World Trade Center. Other highly anticipated projects in development in Mexico include Fairmont La Paz Puerta Cortés Resort & Residences and Mayaliah Tulum Hotel & Residences – MGallery Hotel Collection, expected to open in 2026 and 2025, respectively. The Paragon Hotel, Mexico City Santa Fe, by Accor is strategically located in the Santa Fe business district, one of Mexico City’s most modern districts, featuring international restaurants, college campuses, hospitals and large-scale shopping centers, nine miles from Mexico City’s historic city center. Originally designed as apartments, the 117 key hotel boasts some of the most spacious rooms in the market, with double-height ceilings and panoramic views of the city from each suite. Guests can choose to dine at the upscale restaurant or sip cocktails in the lobby lounge and bar. Additionally, the property offers a fitness center.
